The University of Jordan, represented by the Vice President for Global Rankings and International Accreditation, Dr. Faleh Al-Sawaeir, the Director of the Global Rankings and International Accreditation Office, Njoud Al-Dabei, and the Director of the Marketing and International Program Department, Dr. Alaa Saleh, participated in the QS Higher Education Summit: Asia 2024. The delegation's participation reflects the university's commitment to strengthening its international presence by collaborating with global universities in academic and research fields, attracting international students, and expanding networking opportunities among researchers. According to Al-Sawaeir, the University of Jordan aims, through its participation in the summit, to exchange expertise and best practices in higher education, supporting the university’s plans to advance in international rankings and enhance its academic and research reputation globally. The summit, considered one of the world's leading platforms, addressed a range of key issues in higher education, including strengthening research collaboration between universities, updating curricula to align with global skill demands, discussing mechanisms to achieve sustainable development goals, and tackling challenges facing higher education, as well as the future of education amid rapid global changes.
