The Office of Global Rankings and International Accreditation at the University of Jordan held a series of meetings and discussions with the schools to follow up on international accreditation matters, chaired by the Deputy President for Global Rankings and International Accreditation, Dr. Falah Al-Sawair. These meetings aim to highlight the importance of international accreditation and its role in developing academic programs, guiding schools in seeking specialized international accreditation bodies with a reputable standing, and proceeding with the necessary accreditation processes for the appropriate entities. The meetings included all schools, whether internationally accredited, to follow up on the accredited programs, or schools that are not yet internationally accredited, to initiate the accreditation procedures. Consequently, a meeting was held with the Higher Committee for International Accreditation at the School of Rehabilitation Sciences, during which the possibility of the school's departments (Physical Therapy, Audiology and Speech Language Pathology, Prosthetics and Assistive Devices) entering into international accreditation with specialized agencies for these programs was discussed.
