​ the International Summer School, New Delhi (ISS; www.issnewdelhi.in)!

 the International Summer School, New Delhi summer program,  is being convened in affiliation with the Department of Political Science, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi (DPS-JMI; www.jmi.ac.in/polscience), between Sunday, June 23 and Friday, August 2, 2019.

Established in 2013, the ISS is an intensive, six-week academic program that brings together students from all over the world as they study and interact with one another over the course of a summer in India’s national capital.
Each year, the program is convened during the summers under the banner of the Government’s acclaimed Incredible India campaign and has regularly had support from the Ministry of External Affairs and associated entities.

The overview provides information regarding the current status of the program, the undergrad courses offered and the duration of the program.
As a partner institution of Jamia Millia Islamia, we are pleased to offer students of your institution partial scholarships interested in attending the program's upcoming session (23 June to 2 August 2019).
The details of the proposed scholarships are as follows:
1. The proposed scholarships will be awarded to any student currently enrolled in The University of Jordan.
2. The proposed scholarships will be partial in nature, such that the tuition fee component of the overall program fee will be reduced by USD 1,000.  Essentially, the overall program fee breakdown, once the scholarship has been applied, will be as follows:

3. Students will be encouraged to apply for the ISS through the program's website, www.issnewdelhi.in.  They will automatically be awarded the proposed scholarships should they manage to secure admission into the program.
4. There will be an annual review of the scholarship amount for each ISS session after the upcoming one, keeping in mind the program's policy of reviewing its overall fee structure every year in view of inflationary trends.
