UJ Ranks First in Jordan in Number of Scholarships and Exchange Opportunities

The University of Jordan (UJ) has received the largest share of scholarships and exchange opportunities within the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility programme for students, academics and administrative staff in higher education for the academic year 2020/2021.

The program is implemented in partnership with more than (50) European and Turkish partner universities located in (26) countries around the world.

Director of the International Affairs Unit Dr. Hadeel Yaseen indicated that, since the start of the program in 2015, UJ, represented by the International Relations Department, has maintained its rank in obtaining the lion's share in terms of the number of partnerships and the number of scholarships for students and faculty members, when the number of scholarships at that time exceeded (1100) scholarships in both directions with increasingly stiff competition for them.
